WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE
YOUR TREATMENT
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
- A locker with robe and slippers will be provided.
- We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. Please bear in mind that if you are delayed, your treatment time will be limited as a courtesy to the next guest. Full treatment price will be charged.
- 24-hour cancellation notice is required, or a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- Cellular phones MUST be switched off at all times.
- Management or staff are not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
- All prices include 15% VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Spa hydro facilities are available exclusively to guests with treatments booked to the value of R1200 or more, and may be enjoyed for a maximum of 2 hours. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. We kindly ask that no balloons or cake be brought onto the premises. Groups are limited to a maximum of four, as we prioritise individual guests seeking rest and tranquillity in our serene spaces.
- The spa and hydro facilities are a quiet zone – please respect the silence and tranquillity of the space at all times and be considerate of other guests.
- When making use of the hydro facilities, appropriate swimwear is required to be worn at all times.
- Treatment rooms are subject to availability on the day of the booking.
