Seven Colours is the name drawn from the popular concept in many African cultures, offering a colourful combination and flavourful foods such as rice, spices, and vegetables that represents all seven colours of the rainbow.
It is a beloved concept in many African cultures, representing not only a nutritious and balanced way of eating, but also a celebration of culture and tradition through food. These dishes are packed with nutrients, incorporating a variety of vegetables and spices to create a well-rounded and flavourful meal.
Inspired by this tradition, Fairlawn’s have launched a private dining area called SEVEN COLOURS offering delicious set menu that accommodates the flavours of the African culture.
