In our unwavering pursuit of culinary excellence, Fairlawns is thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration with the exceptionally talented Chef Jared Melamed.

Jared’s culinary journey began as a professional diver exploring the far reaches of the globe, where he discovered his passion for food. Working in kitchens across South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, his palate evolved, but it was in the heart of France that he truly fell in love with the food and culture.

Completely self-taught, Chef Melamed has garnered recognition for his extraordinary creations that seamlessly blend classic techniques with modern flavours. Jared’s excellence reflects a commitment to pushing the boundaries of taste and aesthetics. Jared will join us on the evening of Valentine’s Day, where you’ll experience a fusion of global influences and French sophistication, as he crafts unforgettable dessert that promise to tantalise your senses.
