What are some of the most important qualities for a Guest Relations Manager to have?
You must be a good listener and an empathetic person who is able to relate, and make guests’ feel comfortable. Two qualities that stand out are having good communication skills to interact with a diverse range of guests and be a natural problem solver to ensure all issues are resolved tactfully and professionally.
What do you think is the most important aspect of a positive guest experience?
I believe word of mouth is the most powerful tool. The greatest form of advertising comes from guests sharing their positive experiences with their families and friends.
